What do I do if I have agreed to work a temporary assignment but I can not make it in to work due to illness, or other circumstances?
It is very important that you contact us as soon as you realize you cannot cover your assignment either by phone (250-717-0506) or email us at [email protected] no matter what time of day it is. We will forward the information to our client and arrange for someone else to cover for the period you are away, or take over the remainder of the assignment, if necessary. If you do accept an assignment, it is very important that you realize that both we and our client are relying on you to follow through as promised. Please only cancel if completely necessary.
