Kevin Renwick

Kevin Renwick, CHRP, has been a pivotal figure in Kelowna’s recruitment landscape since 1995.
With a Business Administration degree majoring in Marketing and Personnel Administration, Kevin began his career with the Bank of Montreal, gaining extensive experience in banking and human resources. In 1989, he transitioned to the Olsten Corporation in Calgary as a Recruitment/Sales Manager, where he honed his recruitment and HR consulting skills.
This diverse experience led to the founding of Okanagan Staffing Services Inc. in Kelowna. Kevin’s community involvement includes serving as Past President of the Ogopogo Rotary Club, membership in the BC Human Resources Management Association, and various leadership roles in local organizations. With over 30 years of recruitment expertise, Kevin ensures that Okanagan Staffing finds “the right employee, the first time” for your business.

Jordan Renwick is a graduate of Okanagan College, where he completed his Business Administration degree in 2020. Driven by a passion for understanding the intricacies of business operations, Jordan has built a strong foundation in management, finance, and organizational behavior. His career began with a commitment to learning all aspects of the staffing and recruitment industry from the ground up, gaining a comprehensive perspective that informs his empathetic and inclusive management style.
As the new leader of Okanagan Staffing, Jordan is dedicated to continuing the company’s tradition of delivering exceptional recruitment services throughout the Okanagan. Building on the values and standards established by his father, Kevin Renwick, he combines innovation with a people-first approach to ensure every client and candidate receives personalized and outstanding service.
