Okanagan Staffing is seeking a Conveyancer. This law firm is a small, yet dynamic law firm based in Kelowna. Specializing in “happy” law, we focus on business law, real estate law, and estate law. As a close-knit team of two lawyers and support staff, we are passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

This is an in-office role from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the team primarily in residential conveyancing for clients in British Columbia and Alberta.
• Handle vacation coverage and support in managing positive client experiences.
• Play an integral role in the client journey, providing excellent service and support.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential conveyancing, preferably within British Columbia (Alberta experience is not required but will be provided as part of training).
• A strong team player with a great attitude and the ability to adapt to a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and client-focused service approach.
• Access to a vehicle is preferred.
• Prior experience in a law firm’s conveyancing department is an asset, but we will prioritize personality and fit with our existing team.
