We are actively seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator for a growing, dynamic company within the engineering and construction industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage documents for tenders, bids, and project-related paperwork.
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers and vendors to support project needs.
  • Provide support for budgeting, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures.
  • Manage office tasks, including document organization and administrative duties.
  • Work independently and manage deadlines in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer skills at an intermediate level.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
